Im Kontext meines Abschlusses an der Akademie der Künste Karlsruhe vereine ich die kindliche Naivität mit dem gestisch Expressiven.
Dabei entstehen Motive, die mich mit den Augen eines Kindes darauf schauen lassen.
Ein Kind, was nicht darüber nachdenkt, ob etwas "schön" aussieht oder nicht.
Es muss in der Bildsprache stark sein, das ist das neue "schön".
Das Originalwerk war 2024 im Rahmen einer Gruppenausstellung in der Galerie Burster Karlsruhe mit dem Titel "675km" vertreten.
Gedruckt auf einem hochwertigen "Hahnemühle William Turner" Fine Art Print. Optimal geeignet um verschiedene Texturen der Originalmalerei einzufangen.
Darunter Kohle, Pastellkreide und Acrylfarbe.
Der Druck hat ein Motivmaß von: 25x30,2cm und einen 1cm weißen Rand, Außenmaß: 27x32,2cm

About me: My artistic journey has evolved from small drawings through abstract works on cotton cloths to strongly expressionist depictions of animals and fashion illustrations. Despite the seemingly aggressive nature of these motifs, it is always the draughtsman-like quality – the sketch, the quick stroke – that dominates. Colour becomes a filling element. Speed is of crucial importance in my work, as it not only shapes the process but is also reflected in the line itself.
My works are my pack and are always embedded in stories. The motifs have their roots in children’s books, drawings, films and magazines.
Born in Tübingen in 1998, studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe
(Bachelor of Fine Arts) (Master of Education); studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna;
Completed my studies in 2025 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe under Tatjana Doll.
