“Tropfentraum”
In the window beneath the hatch leading outside, a needle with traces of blood and cigarette ends sits in a golden cylinder on a plastic water lily, with plastic beneath it, sealed inside glass. The artist found the needle during the pandemic in a cow pasture near Stuttgart. The work is titled “Tropfentraum” (Drop Dream), evoking heroin and drops of water trickling down the skin.
