Julia Fleckenstein
My name is Julia Fleckenstein; I was born on 4 July 1978 in Nuremberg, and I work full-time in my own studio in the Rhineland. Following a career in business, I took up a second-chance education course in 2010, studying painting and graphic art at the HBK Essen / Centre for Continuing Education. I am now a recent (one-year) graduate and, having completed my degree in the winter semester 24/25 with particular distinction, have achieved the status of ‘master student’ under Bernard Lokai.
