Lina Schweisfurth
My name is Lina Schweisfurth, I am 24 years old and am currently in my sixth semester of the KPT programme at Alanus University, studying in Beatrice Cron’s abstract painting class.
In her
art, Lina Schweisfurth explores synaesthetic experiences to evoke moods such as nostalgia and melancholy. These are closely linked to memories and allegories from her childhood. In her artistic process, she maintains a playful and intuitive approach in order to express emotions freely. Her works create an absurd connection between figuration and abstraction.
