Albatross
Acrylic on canvas
2025
70 x 50 cm
Albatross was created during a painting trip to Tuscany.
On the last evening of our trip to Italy, a wall of clouds loomed once more over the choppy Mediterranean, but one of my fellow travellers wasn’t bothered by it; he savoured the salty air before we set off for home once more, like albatrosses.
The artwork is shipped signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. It has been sealed with a lightfast varnish. One-of-a-kind.
Daniel Heimgärtner
In his work, he seeks out those special moments in life. Rich colours and an intuitive approach create a unique impression that transports the viewer into a state of contentment.
Speaking about his work, he says that there is already enough grey and oppressive news in the world. – “So why should my art be like that too?”
Nature-inspired motifs and a relaxed approach create uplifting images that can bring a little more joy to any wall.
His works have mainly been exhibited in the Regensburg area and are now also held in international private collections.
