The artwork is shipped stretched on a stretcher frame – including a certificate of authenticity and a signature on the reverse.
‘Between Day and Night’ is a work inspired by two of the artists who have had the greatest influence on me: Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí. The artwork depicts a figure comprising two individuals who exist in a symbiotic fusion. An abstract, dreamlike background frames the figure and brings it to the fore. Vibrant colours and illusionistic structures dominate the composition, lending the work an extraordinary aura.
As part of my artistic practice, “Between Day and Night” represents an independent, contemporary development of these influences.

. For the past four years, I have been working intensively on canvas, primarily exploring my own artistic field — without setting myself any limits. My work emerges from the process itself: I experiment, discard, make new discoveries and allow each stroke to lead me in a different direction.
I deliberately avoid committing to any one style. Instead, I open myself up to a broad spectrum of forms of expression, so diverse that a room full of my works might give the impression that several artists are exhibiting together.
Abstraction, distorted figuration, spontaneous breaks in composition, calm surfaces alongside impulsive brushstrokes — my practice moves freely and remains open to the unplanned.
Experimentation is my most important tool. In my works, there is therefore always something to discover, something that wasn’t there before and only revealed itself during the process.
When you purchase an original, only the physical artwork becomes your property. The copyright and all rights to the motif remain with me as the artist. The sale of the original therefore does not preclude future reproductions, for example in the form of prints or other reproductions.
