The dense, blue layer of paint forms an abstract expanse of colour, which gains a sense of tension through the dynamic separation of the chain. A plastic chain link breaks through the picture plane and divides it into three compositional sections.
The painting, measuring 160 cm by 80 cm, is entitled ‘Club Marvy’.
It was painted in acrylic on self-stretched canvas.

In my art, I seek a clear and contemporary aesthetic. The work represents whatever the viewer sees in it.
