Ausgangspunkt war das großformatige Ölgemälde „#28 – Das sechste Leben“ (siehe letztes Bild; ausgestellt im Märkischen Museum Witten; nicht Teil dieses Angebots).
Vier Siebdruckdurchgänge verwebten sich mit freier Malerei und so entstanden 18 individuelle Unikate.
Gearbeitet wurde auf professionellen Holzmalgründen, die speziell für den künstlerischen Einsatz gefertigt und anschließend selbst mit Gesso grundiert wurden.
Thematisch verhandelt die Serie das Motiv des Fisches – speziell der Dorade – sowie den Zustand des Schwarms:
gleichförmig im Ganzen, doch bei genauer Betrachtung einzigartig im Detail.
Die Serie ist auf 18 Exemplare limitiert, nummeriert und signiert.
