The Labubus are back – two fluffy creatures caught between defiance and tenderness. In this piece, a pensive, blue-and-white Labubu with a star on its chest meets its cheeky, red-and-white counterpart with little teeth and a broad grin.
Inspired by the global trend surrounding Labubu figures, I interpret them in my own artistic way: raw, expressive and vulnerable. Oil pastels and acrylics meet untreated canvas – the result is a work that oscillates between pop culture and emotional depth.
A must-have for collectors, trend-lovers and anyone who’s passionate about emotional figurative art.

About me: My artistic journey has evolved from small drawings through abstract works on cotton cloths to strongly expressionist depictions of animals and fashion illustrations. Despite the seemingly aggressive nature of these motifs, it is always the draughtsman-like quality – the sketch, the quick stroke – that dominates. Colour becomes a filling element. Speed is of crucial importance in my work, as it not only shapes the process but is also reflected in the line itself.
My works are my pack and are always embedded in stories. The motifs have their roots in children’s books, drawings, films and magazines.
Born in Tübingen in 1998, studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe
(Bachelor of Fine Arts) (Master of Education); studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna;
Completed my studies in 2025 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe under Tatjana Doll.
