Die Labubus sind wieder da – zwei flauschige Kreaturen zwischen Trotz und Zärtlichkeit. In dieser Arbeit begegnen sich ein nachdenklicher, blau-weißer Labubu mit Stern auf der Brust und sein rotzfrecher, rot-weißer Gegenpart mit Zähnchen und breitem Grinsen.
Inspiriert vom weltweiten Trend rund um die Labubu-Figuren, interpretiere ich sie auf meine eigene künstlerische Weise: roh, ausdrucksstark und verletzlich. Ölkreide und Acryl treffen auf unbehandelte Leinwand – das Ergebnis ist ein Werk, das zwischen Popkultur und emotionaler Tiefe oszilliert.
Ein Must-Have für Sammler:innen, Trendliebhaber:innen und alle, die sich für emotionale Figurenkunst begeistern.

About me: My artistic journey has evolved from small drawings through abstract works on cotton cloths to strongly expressionist depictions of animals and fashion illustrations. Despite the seemingly aggressive nature of these motifs, it is always the draughtsman-like quality – the sketch, the quick stroke – that dominates. Colour becomes a filling element. Speed is of crucial importance in my work, as it not only shapes the process but is also reflected in the line itself.
My works are my pack and are always embedded in stories. The motifs have their roots in children’s books, drawings, films and magazines.
Born in Tübingen in 1998, studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe
(Bachelor of Fine Arts) (Master of Education); studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna;
Completed my studies in 2025 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe under Tatjana Doll.
