Jasmin Franzé
is currently studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg and previously studied at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.
Her projects explore the value of everyday places and objects. Through her artistic approach, she brings materials from urban life to life by imbuing them with a meaning that transcends their mundane use. In doing so, she develops a new form of expression that engages with the viewer.
In recent years, her works have been exhibited at venues including the Confucius Institute Art Space (Nuremberg), F23 (Vienna), the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada), the Stadtgalerie (Schwabach), the Museum für Neue Kunst (Freiburg), the Akademie Galerie (Nuremberg), the Kunstpavillon (Munich) and the Kunstmuseum (Celle).
Jasmin Franzé is a co-founder of the Nuremberg off-space ‘Galvani Galerie’ and has been working there since 2021.
