Description
"Les Cavaliers" is part of a series inspired by Van Gogh's "Prisoners Exercising", seen at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris. What struck me in Van Gogh's painting was not the confinement — it was the light. That cold, flat light falling on figures moving in circles. Here the prisoners become riders, the yard becomes open, but the light stays the same — indifferent, pressing down.

Born in Paris, she studies and works between the HGB in Leipzig and the ENSAD in Paris.
In 2022, I fell in love with Leipzig and decided to set up my studio there. Since then, I have been working, studying and exhibiting between Paris and Leipzig.
There are no rules in my paintings, only things I love and am interested in. It’s about the colours and the ideas I have and develop through the process.
PROCESS
I’m always working on something new. My main focus is always on the colours. I try to capture the atmosphere.
