Diese Tasche habe ich im Rahmen einer künstlerischen Übung im April 2021 aus Lorbeerblättern genäht.
Ich webte eine Brücke von Kultur und Natur, von Lack und Laub und ließ sie sich begegnen. So gleich und fremd stehen sie sich gegenüber und spielen mit der Welt der scheinbaren Gegensätzlichkeiten.
Diese Begegnung hielt ich fotographisch in zwei verschiedenen Inszenierungen fest.

to “dance”
I often lack the right words to describe exactly what is going on in my inner worlds.
That is why I have written this short poem for my latest works.
I like to paint moods with words, without explaining them.
It is much the same with many of my works.
They atmospherically reflect something that moves more in the subconscious, pushing its way to the surface.
I let feeling, intuition and bodily intelligence dance.
I am now at the end of my four-year degree in sculpture and will soon graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Looking back, I realise more and more that my artistic practice has revolved around a central theme from the very beginning: bodily intelligence
Fascinated, I explore the language without words.
I am delighted if you, too, understand this language and if my sculptures move you to feel, to marvel or to laugh.
