I have been studying painting at the Weißensee Academy of Art in Berlin since 2022, in the class taught by Friederike Feldmann and Nader Ahriman.
In my artistic work, I explore inner emotions linked to questions of my own existence and identity. Human fears, doubts and hopes are recurring themes. In my works, I engage in a dialogue with my own inner self, which is expressed in a fragmented and fluid manner. Through the superimposition, disruption and fusion of colours and forms, something new can be developed, made visible through abstract portraits and figurative representations. My own state of being – caught between memory, the present and my origins – is a central theme in this work.
