The telly’s on, but you just flick from channel to channel without anything really catching your eye. Or you scroll away on your mobile until your hands ache, with no particular goal in mind, and end up wasting your free time. Instead, you should enjoy your free time away from the media of the digital age, go with the flow and see what the day has in store – true to the motto ‘Thoughts are free’. This image is an ode to those days when you switch off the telly, leave your mobile in your pocket and simply spend the day with people who bring you joy.
