This painting is inspired by the idea of the sun, joy, and the feeling of home.
I’ve noticed that the happier and more settled I become, the more sunrises and sunsets seem to bring back beautiful memories from childhood. It’s as if those moments of light make old memories rise to the surface.

“My work emerges from the interplay between nature, physics and childhood memories. Nature influences my perception particularly through movement. When travelling or observing landscapes, forms dissolve for me into lines, colours and flowing structures. This way of seeing has shaped my artistic language and deepened my interest in physics, as it gives me a different perspective on how the world is connected through movement, energy and constant change.
In my paintings, I explore these visible and invisible movements. Lines meet, intersect and form new spaces and connections. My focus is less on depicting the outward form of things and more on the forces and processes that lie behind them. My childhood memories also play an important role in my work. They are linked to curiosity, imagination and an open-minded way of perceiving the world."
