Zur Serie
Diese 8-teilige Serie ist inspiriert von verschiedenen Fotoshootings der vergangenen Jahre. Einflüsse stammen unter anderem aus der Ästhetik von „Kitschy Couture“, popkulturellen Ikonen sowie zeichnerischen Positionen.
Die Arbeiten transformieren bereits Bekanntes in eine eigene Bildsprache – es geht nicht um Neuerfindung, sondern um Neuinterpretation. In jeder Figur bleibt etwas Vertrautes erhalten, das in eine expressive, eigenständige Form überführt wird.

About me: My artistic journey has evolved from small drawings through abstract works on cotton cloths to strongly expressionist depictions of animals and fashion illustrations. Despite the seemingly aggressive nature of these motifs, it is always the draughtsman-like quality – the sketch, the quick stroke – that dominates. Colour becomes a filling element. Speed is of crucial importance in my work, as it not only shapes the process but is also reflected in the line itself.
My works are my pack and are always embedded in stories. The motifs have their roots in children’s books, drawings, films and magazines.
Born in Tübingen in 1998, studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe
(Bachelor of Fine Arts) (Master of Education); studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna;
Completed my studies in 2025 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe under Tatjana Doll.
