In the work “Between Trees and Field”, the focus is on a field bordered by trees swaying in the wind. The field appears empty, with only a few scattered blades of grass sprouting from the ground. The warm red-orange undercoat lends the scene an unusual atmosphere. The trees appear sombre and uncertain, whilst the sky, by contrast, glows even more intensely and brightly.
