In my art, I focus on depicting the human body, which I seek to study and celebrate through painting in all its imperfection and uniqueness. I am inspired by everyday observations of skin in the interplay of light and shadow. My focus is on the realistic and authentic depiction of people, whose inner lives and feelings I attempt to convey.
