Nora Michalke
In my painting, I explore the forms that shape us in our daily lives – the forms we take on through our interaction with our surroundings, and through which we become who we are and can shape who we want to be.
I am particularly interested in playing with clear forms and vibrant colours.
I usually work intuitively, guided by inner images, and often create collages before painting to produce sketches of forms.
Since 2023, I have been studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Art, Education and Therapy at Alanus University, specialising in visual arts.
