The artwork is supplied unframed
This artwork combines an X-ray with a thick, vertical stroke of paint in the centre. The paint, predominantly in shades of green and yellow with traces of purple and white, runs the length of the X-ray image, creating a stark contrast to the dark, transparent background. The X-ray image shows through in the background, and the colours on the front display a multi-layered texture. The frame is white and stands out clearly against both the image and the lavender-coloured background. The reflective effect suggests that the image is displayed behind glass, creating a glossy surface and an additional spatial dimension.
