Info: This work is part of a series entitled “Klangfarben”. In this ever-expanding series, I explore music as a source of inspiration for my painting processes and works. The creative process usually involves me listening to a particular song or songs and reacting intuitively and impulsively to the sounds I hear, without thinking. My aim is not to create an aesthetically pleasing image, but rather a kind of colour cosmos for that song or those songs.
