The work depicts a surreal scene against a dark background. The composition is dominated by a simple wooden table on which stands an object reminiscent of a rectangular blue box. Two large, organic shapes appear to grow out of this box, reminiscent of oversized ears or wings. They are rendered in delicate shades of pink and beige and seem to be in motion. Hovering above these forms is a green, shapeless figure that resembles a dripping mass or an amorphous shape.
The colour palette is rather subdued and consists of muted tones such as brown, pink, green and blue, which lends the picture a melancholic and eerie atmosphere. The painterly style features expressive brushstrokes and a certain blurriness, causing the forms to merge and create a dreamlike quality.
Overall, the image appears to be a metaphor for growth or transformation. The flowing and distorted forms could represent emotions, inner states or abstract concepts breaking free from a rigid, technical environment. The entire composition seems to explore the boundaries between the living and the artificial.
