Info: Der hellblaue Schatten entstand durch zahlreiche Lasuren, um den ebenmäßigen Fall eines Schattens auf eine Hauswand zu imitieren. Auf diese Weise soll das minimalistische Gemälde ein Gefühl von Ruhe und Geborgenheit suggerieren. Die unterschiedlichen Fotos zeigen das Gemälde in verschiedenen Lichtbedingungen (bei natürlichem Licht sowie am Abend unter gelbem Licht auf dem letzten Bild).
Leyla Jalili
Leyla Jalili is studying art at the University of Osnabrück. Her main area of work is oil and acrylic painting on large-format canvases. Stylistically, her delicate brushwork and focus on the interplay of light and shadow are particularly noteworthy. In her studio, the artist creates both naturalistic depictions and abstract works on canvas. She captures motifs for her paintings, as well as for her prints and drawings, through photographs and quick sketches that she takes whilst travelling or in her everyday life.
