In this artwork, comic elements blend with abstract painting. The comic itself consists of six panels depicting various scenes and characters, possibly from an adventure or superhero context. Each panel appears to be part of a larger narrative, hinted at by the speech bubbles.
The abstract painting overlays and connects the individual comic panels. With bold brushstrokes and a palette of predominantly dark tones, the painting adds a dramatic and expressive layer that invites the viewer to reflect on the interaction between the two art forms. This additional layer creates visual tension and broadens the viewer’s interpretative possibilities by creating a story within a story.
The artwork is supplied in a protective film, which is an essential part of the work and forms an integral part of it!
