Das Werk zeigt drei Blüten in Blautönen. Die Konturen sind mit pink eingefärbter Strukturpaste ausgearbeitet, wodurch sich eine fühlbare Struktur und ein Kontrast ergeben. Die Verbindung von Malerei und zeichnerischen Elementen lädt dazu ein, die Oberfläche genauer zu betrachten.

Bloom: Blossoms embody the tension between delicacy and strength, between transience and expression. Their variety of forms, their lines and their rhythm provide a starting point for experimenting with reduction, movement and materiality.
The focus is on reduced line work in the form of line art, the deliberate subversion of hyperrealistic depictions, and the interplay of movement and dynamism. Experimenting with different materials gives rise to varied interpretations of floral motifs.
