Two figures stand side by side, yet their boundaries blur. Colours, shapes and lines intertwine, overlap and appear deliberately raw and restless.
The painting follows no clear order – rather, it reflects an inner process: the quiet transformation that occurs when one grows close to another person. Characteristics, attitudes and moods merge, often unnoticed.
The painting explores precisely this moment – the merging of identities. What remains of one’s own identity when one begins to recognise something of oneself in another?

In my artistic work, I explore the question of what really matters in life. Amidst consumerism, external influences and societal images, what stands out for me are human emotions – love, intimacy and vulnerability.
My works are created intuitively. Colour, movement and deliberate breaks reflect inner tensions and reveal what often remains hidden. In this process, raw, expressive elements meet personal themes and create spaces in which viewers can recognise themselves.
For me, art is a place where emotion and expression take precedence over perfection.
