The painting “Veil” presents a subtle interplay of colours against a warm beige-brown background. A veil of colour stretches diagonally from the top left to the bottom right, creating a gentle sense of movement across the canvas. Applied in layers, pink, rose, burgundy, white and a hint of orange blend together to form a vibrant texture. Layered on top of one another with a palette knife, the colours create depth and structure. “Veil” invites you to discover the hidden layers and nuances beneath the surface.

Her artistic practice is centred on the medium of painting. Thematically, she explores the boundaries – or rather, the blurring of boundaries – within painting.
