*Where Thoughts Dissolve* is an abstract composition that captures the moment of inner letting go and the evanescence of mental structures through a gentle, open visual language. At the centre, a light, almost mist-like area in a delicate blue-grey opens up, appearing like an inner space – calm, soft and permeable. It is surrounded by gestural, partly impulsive lines and areas in black, white and warm earth tones, which dissolve, overlap or appear fragmentary.
Delicate chalk drawings and impasto textures appear like traces of fleeting thoughts or memories – some clearly defined, others almost faded. The composition oscillates between movement and stillness, presence and dissolution, creating a sense of depth, lightness and meditative reflection.
The work invites viewers to let their own associations take shape – in that space where thoughts dissolve.
