Art Student of the Month
The Art Student of the Month is selected based on various factors. This feature recognizes the artist who generated the most sales during the respective month. We also take factors such as reliability, professionalism, and communication into account during the selection process. Our goal is to specifically honor outstanding collaboration. Since this award is given only once, it does not imply that the artist was any less impressive in other months.
What is ‘Artist of the Month’?
‘Artist of the Month’ is an award for outstanding achievements within the SKM community. It is awarded monthly to artists who not only achieve the highest sales figures but also impress with their professionalism and reliability. This makes it particularly worthwhile to invest in art here. The award can be received once and recognises special moments of success in an artist’s career.

My work focuses less on narratives and stories; rather, I explore emotional states that come to the fore during the creative process. Whilst these are carefully thought through, they leave room for the spontaneous and the unplanned.

Hi, I’m Hanna and I work in the field of fine art. My work focuses on abstract faces, which are created using a single line. For me, these portraits demonstrate time and again that everything is interconnected, that my actions are reflected in those around me, and that things fall into place through every form of decision-making, thereby shaping an individual path. In doing so, I enjoy experimenting with colours, techniques and materials to stimulate new ideas and processes.

Felix Dörrenbecher is studying fine art at the HBK Saar. I am fascinated by the polarities in our world, by phenomena we do not fully understand – all the mysteries and aspects that elude our visual perception, yet are nevertheless perceptible on other, deeper emotional levels. Even fleeting everyday occurrences, in their seemingly superficial insignificance, are, for me, accompanied by a hidden message which I attempt to visualise. For me, painting is the medium through which I can translate all this into my own visual language, and which gives me the feeling of creating and exploring something that comes closer to the allegories in our lives.

As an artist from Dresden, I find my inspiration in the energetic interplay of colour and form, which blurs the boundaries between tangible reality and the infinite expanses of science-fiction space. My works are a tribute to the universe, a canvas for the countless possibilities that lie beyond our skies. They are an expression of my vision of the future, a space for discovery and adventure in the depths of the cosmos.
